wooden chair backrest panels in Yalı
We supply wooden chair backrest panels to Yalı, Çayeli and its surroundings. We stay flexible on first orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Yalı, Çayeli area as an assembly-ready part.

We supply the Yalı, Çayeli area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Yalı, Çayeli are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Yalı, Çayeli leave palletised.
