The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we work with a mould dedicated to the model. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of multi-coat lacquer or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Merkez (Rize) area as a ready panel.

We supply the Merkez (Rize) area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Painted panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.

The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Merkez (Rize) are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.

On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Merkez (Rize) leave palletised.
