We supply the Yosunlu, Kavak area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Multi-coat lacquer panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Yosunlu, Kavak are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Yosunlu, Kavak leave with protective interleaving.
Products we supply to this area
Between 300 and 1,000 pieces depending on the panel type. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
After sample approval, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
