upholstered chair panels in Şah
We supply upholstered chair panels to Şah, Cizre and its surroundings. We stay flexible on first orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. In the Turkish market it is usually produced flat and uniform; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Şah, Cizre area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Şah, Cizre area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Şah, Cizre are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Şah, Cizre leave palletised.
