pressed chair panels in Yıldız
We supply pressed chair panels to Yıldız, Uludere and its surroundings. We stay flexible on first orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Yıldız, Uludere area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Yıldız, Uludere area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Yıldız, Uludere are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Yıldız, Uludere leave palletised.
