The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of multi-coat lacquer or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Koç, Hafik area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Koç, Hafik area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Painted panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Koç, Hafik are packed for container or truck loading.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Koç, Hafik leave with protective interleaving.

Between 300 and 1,000 pieces depending on the panel type. On first orders we are flexible on quantity.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
