We supply the Pınarca, Kapaklı area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Pınarca, Kapaklı are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Pınarca, Kapaklı leave palletised.
Products we supply to this area

Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
