The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of multi-coat lacquer or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Erek, Erbaa area as an assembly-ready part.

We supply the Erek, Erbaa area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.

The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Erek, Erbaa are palletised with protective interleaving.

At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Erek, Erbaa leave with protective interleaving.
