pvc foil backrest panels in Yenimahalle
We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Yenimahalle, Çemişgezek and its surroundings. We stay flexible on first orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. In the Turkish market it is usually produced flat and uniform; we work with a mould dedicated to the model. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Yenimahalle, Çemişgezek area as an assembly-ready part.

We supply the Yenimahalle, Çemişgezek area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Yenimahalle, Çemişgezek are packed for container or truck loading.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Yenimahalle, Çemişgezek leave palletised.
