We supply the Köklü, Edremit area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Köklü, Edremit are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Köklü, Edremit leave properly stacked.

It ranges from 300 to 1,000 pieces depending on the product family. On first orders we stay flexible per model.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
