Lacquered panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Hacıkaş, Erciş are packed for container or truck loading.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Hacıkaş, Erciş leave with protective interleaving.
Products we supply to this area
Between 300 and 1,000 pieces depending on the panel type. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
After sample approval, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
