Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Kurultu, Gevaş are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Kurultu, Gevaş leave palletised.
Products we supply to this area
Between 300 and 1,000 pieces depending on the panel type. On first orders we stay flexible per model.
Once the model is approved, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
