The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Erkaldı, Gürpınar are palletised with protective interleaving.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Erkaldı, Gürpınar leave palletised.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
