We supply the Uluşar, Muradiye area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Uluşar, Muradiye are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Uluşar, Muradiye leave properly stacked.
Products we supply to this area
Between 300 and 1,000 pieces depending on the panel type. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
