chair seat panels in Elvan
We produce chair seat panels for furniture manufacturers, workshops and contract projects in the Elvan, Merkez area. Veneered, foil-wrapped and fabric-covered options are available, each produced with a mould dedicated to your model.
The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Elvan, Merkez area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Elvan, Merkez area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Elvan, Merkez are palletised with protective interleaving.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Elvan, Merkez leave properly stacked.
