pvc foil backrest panels in Şenyurt
We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Şenyurt, Güroymak and its surroundings. We stay flexible on workshop-scale orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we work with a mould dedicated to the model. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Şenyurt, Güroymak area as a ready panel.

We supply the Şenyurt, Güroymak area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Şenyurt, Güroymak are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Şenyurt, Güroymak leave properly stacked.
