The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Konuklu, Kulp area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Konuklu, Kulp area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Konuklu, Kulp are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Konuklu, Kulp leave palletised.
Products we supply to this area
It ranges from 300 to 1,000 pieces depending on the product family. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the model is approved, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
