upholstered chair panels in Kelkit
We supply upholstered chair panels to Kelkit (Gümüşhane) and its surroundings. We stay flexible on first orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Kelkit (Gümüşhane) area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Kelkit (Gümüşhane) area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Kelkit (Gümüşhane) are packed for container or truck loading.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Kelkit (Gümüşhane) leave properly stacked.
