wooden chair backrest panels in Merkez
We supply wooden chair backrest panels to Merkez, Kelkit and its surroundings. We stay flexible on first orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. In the Turkish market it is usually produced flat and uniform; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Merkez, Kelkit area as a ready panel.

We supply the Merkez, Kelkit area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Merkez, Kelkit are packed for container or truck loading.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Merkez, Kelkit leave properly stacked.
