wooden chair backrest panels in Tanrıyolu
We supply wooden chair backrest panels to Tanrıyolu, Mazıdağı and its surroundings. We stay flexible on first orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we work with a mould dedicated to the model. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Tanrıyolu, Mazıdağı area as a ready panel.

We supply the Tanrıyolu, Mazıdağı area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Tanrıyolu, Mazıdağı are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Tanrıyolu, Mazıdağı leave palletised.
