moulded plywood backrests in Kültür
We supply moulded plywood backrests to Kültür, Merkez and its surroundings. We stay flexible on small batches on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Kültür, Merkez area as a ready panel.

We supply the Kültür, Merkez area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Kültür, Merkez are palletised with protective interleaving.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Kültür, Merkez leave palletised.
