The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of multi-coat lacquer or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Minare, Merkez area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Minare, Merkez area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.

The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Minare, Merkez are palletised with protective interleaving.

At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Minare, Merkez leave properly stacked.
