Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Ağcaalan, Bafra are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Ağcaalan, Bafra leave with protective interleaving.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. We confirm the shipping date in writing at order confirmation.
