Lacquered panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Alparslan, Bafra are packed for container or truck loading.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Alparslan, Bafra leave palletised.

Once the model is approved, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
