Lacquered panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Başkonak, Canik are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Başkonak, Canik leave properly stacked.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the model is approved, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
