Lacquered panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Gecehan, Canik are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Gecehan, Canik leave palletised.
Products we supply to this area
Between 300 and 1,000 pieces depending on the panel type. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
After sample approval, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
