pvc foil backrest panels in Turhal

We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Turhal (Tokat) and its surroundings. We stay flexible on small batches on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.

The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Turhal (Tokat) area as an assembly-ready part.

Regional profile

At the agricultural and industrial crossroads of the inner Black Sea, with regional furniture demand.

Region: the Black Sea Region
Province: Tokat
District: Turhal

We supply the Turhal (Tokat) area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.

The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Turhal (Tokat) are packed for container or truck loading.

At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Turhal (Tokat) leave properly stacked.
