We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Meydan, Turhal and its surroundings. We stay flexible on small batches on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we work with a mould dedicated to the model. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Meydan, Turhal area as a ready panel.

We supply the Meydan, Turhal area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Meydan, Turhal are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Meydan, Turhal leave with protective interleaving.
