We supply the Topsakal, Gürpınar area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Topsakal, Gürpınar are palletised with protective interleaving.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Topsakal, Gürpınar leave with protective interleaving.
Products we supply to this area
Between 300 and 1,000 pieces depending on the panel type. On first orders we are flexible on quantity.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
