We supply the Kaygusuz, Bafra area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Kaygusuz, Bafra are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Kaygusuz, Bafra leave properly stacked.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the model is approved, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
